Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rtk999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at rtk999.app. By creating an account or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

rtk999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the controlling language in the event of any dispute or discrepancy.

Account Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to, and use of, the rtk999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rtk999 operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement currently in effect, whether issued through rtk999's own Responsible Gaming tools or through any external scheme.
• Account limit: Each individual may hold only one active rtk999 account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Location: You are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rtk999 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

rtk999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its absolute discretion if it reasonably believes that any eligibility criterion is not or is no longer satisfied.

Account Creation and Verification

To access the full range of rtk999 services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.

Identity Verification (KYC)

rtk999 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may require you to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing registered mobile number)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by rtk999 may result in suspension of withdrawals or closure of the account. rtk999 is not liable for any delay in processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the User.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. rtk999 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. rtk999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on the rtk999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rtk999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges, for which rtk999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank), Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to the rtk999 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rtk999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network outages.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• rtk999 targets processing of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) Bangladesh business day.
• rtk999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the rtk999 account.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.

Sports Betting Rules and Settlement

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the rtk999 sportsbook. Sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Placement

• A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. rtk999 is not liable for bets that are not confirmed due to technical interruptions or communication failures.
• Bets placed after the commencement of an event ("in-play" bets) are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. rtk999 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it determines that the odds offered were materially incorrect at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.

Settlement and Results

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, BPL governing council for BPL matches).
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the official governing body result, the official result shall prevail.
• rtk999 aims to settle all markets as promptly as possible following the conclusion of an event. Winning funds are credited to the account wallet automatically upon settlement.
• rtk999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement of any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation of any kind.

Errors and System Faults

In the event of a manifest error in odds, stakes, winnings, or any other aspect of bet processing caused by a system fault or human error, rtk999 reserves the right to correct the error and to void bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. rtk999 will notify affected users where practically possible.

Casino Games and Live Casino

Casino games available on the rtk999 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and bingo — are provided by third-party game studios including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective game studio, and those rules are displayed within each game interface.

• Game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, virtual games) are determined by certified random number generators. The platform does not manipulate outcomes.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical actions conducted in licensed studio environments (dealing of cards, spinning of roulette wheel, etc.) and are not subject to Platform-side manipulation.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, rtk999 will apply the standard resolution rules of the relevant game provider. Where a round cannot be completed, wagers are returned to the player's wallet.
• Any malfunction of a game engine voids all plays and wagers for the affected round.
• Progressive jackpot games: jackpot values are subject to change and may differ from those displayed due to network update latency. The confirmed jackpot amount at the moment of trigger is the binding value.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

rtk999 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, any bonus credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable playthrough multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per eligible account. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• rtk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where it suspects abuse or where a technical error has caused incorrect bonus credits.
• Real-money funds deposited to your account are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

rtk999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only. You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• rtk999 provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your account settings or by contacting support.
• You agree to make use of responsible gaming tools if you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rtk999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game data, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any bug discovered must be reported to rtk999 support immediately and must not be exploited.
• Collusion with other players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade reporting requirements, or any other use of the Platform to facilitate financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point.
• Abusing bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms.
• Any action that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, its servers, or the networks connected to it.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the rtk999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rtk999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of rtk999.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The rtk999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtk999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

rtk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rtk999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall rtk999's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rtk999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rtk999 is not responsible for any interruption to services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, civil unrest, or third-party service provider outages.

Privacy and Data Protection

rtk999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rtk999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores personal data on secured servers.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted in the first instance to rtk999's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
